No TinyWorld account is needed. Calendar calculations, bundled content and device-local family occasions work offline. Source links, email and optional Apple services require a connection. iCloud needs a configured build and does not share calendars between family members.

In Today, swipe left or right across the calendar to change the day. When viewing another date, select Today to return to the current date. Open the Appearance tab to change the calendar style, background, fonts and colors; on Mac use Appearance in the sidebar. Older versions may place it in the menu.

Open Family → Add a special date. Enter a name, choose the solar or lunar calendar and a recurrence rule. Check the corresponding date, leap-month or short-month behavior before saving. Enable its reminder if you want a notification.

Check the occasion reminder, in-app reminder settings and Lich Am Viet notification permission in system Settings. On iPhone check Focus and Scheduled Summary. On Android check battery optimization and background restrictions. Reopen the app to refresh scheduled reminders. Delivery can be delayed by the system; a calendar date does not automatically create a reminder unless enabled.

In Settings (Cài đặt), open Backup & restore (Sao lưu & khôi phục) and export a backup. Keep it private because it contains occasion names and notes. Import the file on the receiving device. Import merges history rather than replacing all data; resolve conflicting versions in Family.

Calculations follow the Vietnamese UTC+7 convention for Gregorian years 1900–2100. Auspicious hours and traditional day information are cultural references. Solar terms are estimates, and named holidays do not determine official leave schedules. Settings includes explanations and sources.

Include the app version/build, device model, operating-system version and steps to reproduce the issue. For calendar issues, include the lunar/solar date and time zone. Hide names, birthdays and private notes in screenshots. Do not send passwords, payment card details or full backups.

Delete individual occasions in Family; deletion records and revision history may remain. Manage exported files, device backups and previously enabled iCloud data separately. Offload App may retain data, and Watch or widget updates can be delayed. Contact support@tinyworld.tech for guidance or to request deletion of support correspondence; do not send your full backup.

Use the App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase, connect to the internet, then select Restore purchases on the Pro screen. Pending transactions do not unlock Pro. Apple and Google Play purchases do not automatically transfer between stores. If the issue persists, contact support with the platform, app version and issue description, without payment details.

On iPhone, touch and hold the Home Screen, choose Edit/Add Widget, then find Lich Am Viet. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold, choose Customize and select its widget area where supported. On Android, touch and hold an empty Home Screen area and choose Widgets → Lich Am Viet. Lock Screen availability depends on the device and OS. Open the app at least once if widgets are missing; system refreshes may take time.
